The SPINE tire insert is designed to protect your rim and tire from impact and pinch flats.
The high-quality and density of the polymer provides the perfect balance between durability and weight.
The insert is 45mm wide and suitable for rims from 30mm to 43mm and for 26", 27.5", 29" rim sizes.
The unique SPINE like design allows the insert to compress during the installtion and fit easily.
The air flow through the slots allows the tire to compress and rebound in a more natural way without losing control and traction.
The SPINE insert has been tested for hundreds of hours in all conditions, the resoult was amazing! zero dents and no flat tire during the test.

MOUNTING
- Cut the insert according to the size of your wheel (29"/27.5"/26")
- Join the two ends of the insert with the zip cords.
- Tighten and cut the left overs (the square bulky part of the zip cord should face the tire)
- After dismounting one side of the tire
- Place the the wheel on a flat surface
- Place the insert between the rim and the tire (the square hole should face the valve)
- Add tire sealant
- mount the tire
- Inflate the tire
